Yoga with Weights Series April/May
Join Carrie Klaus, ERYT 500 for this special Yoga with Weights Series.
In this 5 week long series of classes we will utilize light hand weights and ankle weights in the traditional hatha yoga postures to help build strength and stability while you practice.
One hour-long class offered every Tuesday, beginning April 14th for 5 weeks at 5:45pm. Space is limited- make sure you make a reservation and cancel it if you can’t make it or you will be charged for a no-show.
