Sunday Sādhana is a new weekly class designed as a sacred container for consistent, intentional practice. This 90-minute experience blends a set sequence of postures, prāṇāyāma (breathwork), and meditation, inviting you to move beyond the surface and return to the root of yoga: devotion through discipline.
What to expect:
A progressive, intelligent sequence to refine and strengthen the body
Deep focus on breath, bandha, and drishti
Space for meditation and integration
Whether you're looking to recommit to your practice, deepen your internal awareness, or simply carve out sacred space each week, this class is here to support you.
This 8-week trial series begins November 9.
Guided by Carrie and Taylor, two experienced teachers with a shared love for tradition, embodiment, and the transformational fire of sādhana. Your presence, feedback, and energy will help shape the future of this class.
This class is best suited for students with an existing foundation in vinyasa, hatha, or other alignment-based practices.
