Donation Group Stretch and Meditation with Taylor Outram.
This 30 minute offering will start off with intention setting, some light stretching and movement to prepare the body for sitting comfortably, and then some time to sit and to try to concentrate.
Different methods for concentrating will be offered each month so you can hopefully find something that works for you that you can do at home!
