Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting in a chair or standing using a chair for support. Join Brandi, RYT along with the Element Yoga community to learn more about how to practice this supportive variation of yoga.

In-Person W/ Virtual Option Available (and a 7 day recording)
6pm - 7pm for 4 weeks - $60

Pre-registration is required. No refunds will be available, no free make-up days.
You are encouraged to practice in person for the most benefit. If you do want to practice from home, live on zoom, or use the recordings, you will need to use your own chair at home. It is recommended that it is a sturdy chair without wheels, and that you also have a yoga mat, strap, at least 1 blanket, and 2 blocks, if you want to practice from home. All props will be available to borrow when you attend in person.
