This 6-week workshop series is designed for absolute beginners and anyone craving a thoughtful review of the fundamentals. You’ll learn simple postures, foundational alignment, breathing techniques, and accessible variations so you can build a practice that feels steady, mindful, and uniquely your own.
Whether you’re brand new, returning after time away, or wanting to feel more confident stepping into group classes, this series offers a welcoming, judgment-free path forward.
By the end of our six weeks together, you’ll feel comfortable attending basic or all-levels yoga classes with a strong foundation beneath you.
