The Intelligence of Breath: Exploring Breath as the Link Between Body & Mind
Most of us breathe all day long without ever thinking about it. Yet the way we breathe influences everything from our energy levels and posture to our stress response, focus, sleep, and overall wellbeing.
Join Carrie Klaus, ERYT-500 and Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist, for this five-part experiential series exploring the intelligence of the breath and its profound role as the bridge between body and mind. Through a blend of modern science, yogic wisdom, and practical application, you'll learn how to work with your breath to support nervous system regulation, enhance resilience, and cultivate greater presence in daily life.
