This 4-week, 75-minute class series is designed to help teens find calm, focus, and inner strength through yoga. Each class blends grounding yoga postures, simple prānāyāma (breathing practices), and insights from yoga philosophy to support stress relief and resilience. Together, we’ll explore themes of balance, confidence, and connection—on and off the mat.

**Please note that this series is not ABA-based. This series is not best for teens who are non-verbal, or those who cannot get up and down off the floor without assistance. We recommend that your teen only take this series if they can follow simple directions, participate in group settings and verbalize their needs.
**Parents/guardians are welcome to stay in the common areas of the studio while their teens participate, but parents are not welcome into the studio space while their teens practice. This is for the benefit of your teen attending and the rest of the teens attending. Drop offs are also okay. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
For our safety, the studio doors will be locked while class is in session.
