Elements of Yoga: An Introduction to Yoga for Beginners

Have you been wanting to begin yoga but aren’t sure where to start? Maybe it’s been a long time since you practiced, or you’re looking for a gentle, supportive reset for this next chapter of your story. Wherever you’re beginning, you are welcome here.

This 6-week workshop series is designed for absolute beginners- no experience, flexibility, or special ability required.
Over six intentional, accessible sessions, you’ll learn the essential building blocks of yoga: foundational postures, simple breathing practices, functional alignment, basic philosophy and ways to adapt poses to your unique body.

By the end of the series, you’ll feel more at ease in your practice and confident stepping into basic or all-levels yoga classes with the skills you’ve built.

Space is limited to keep the experience personal and supportive.
